Michael Stainton started out as a bricklayer at the age of 21. It was in 1999, after running as a contractor for 5 years, that he decided it was time to register the LTD company.

It was at this point that the company moved into developing homes as well as continuing to operate as a contractor, later winning their first award for the Park in Bare.

25 years on, the team are now completing their largest development ever, The Broadway, Morecambe that is already at over 50% sold off plan.

Throughout this time, the company’s values have remained the same and include attention to detail and hard work, helping MH Stainton win four national awards, including developer of the year!

In the period of their 25^th anniversary, the team are delighted to launch their refreshed brand, MH Stainton Homes. The company are placing their focus on the home building market, but the values never change! The team are delighted with the progress of The Broadway and look forward to announcing new projects in 2019.
