Here at MH Stainton homes we understand that your new home is very special to you,  therefore  we will invite you to your own home demonstration tour,  in order that you can fully enjoy your new home.   The friendly award winning team here at MH Stainton Homes look forward to meeting with you approximately one week before your completion date to go through your new home and its surroundings.                                                                                                                    

We will arrange a suitable date and time to meet with you for your individual demonstration. We will start your journey  outside the property, explaining any key benefits and important information that you will require such as parking, electric charging points (if applicable), refuse areas,  garden areas etc.

Once inside your home we will go through room by room to visually inspect it and demonstrate any equipment such as cylinders, heating systems, sanitary ware, MVHR systems, alarms, etc.  

As your kitchen will have many appliances and finishes our designated kitchen supplier will go through these separately with you.

Although there will be a lot of information to take in at an exciting time, we will ensure that you have all the instructions and warranties you need so you can refer back to them in the future should you need to.

Once we have been through your new home we can then explain the LABC warranty and its benefits, which will cover you for the next 10 years, giving you peace of mind to relax in your new surroundings.
