Currently celebrating 25 years of being in business as an award-winning company
Michael Stainton began life as a bricklayer at the young age of 21. After 5 years as a contractor, he made the decision to register the company as LTD in 1999.
It was at this point that the company moved into developing homes as well as continuing to operate as a contractor. From here the award winning began! The first one for the Park in Bare.
Fast forward 20 more years and the team are now completing their largest development ever, The Broadway, Morecambe that is already at over 50% sold off plan.
The values that Michael founded in the early days still very much run through the company now. Attention to detail, hard work, dedication and innovation all go towards making the company the industry leading developer you see today. Our four national awards, including Developer of the Year sit proudly with us in the office.
This year is not only our 25th anniversary, but the team are delighted to launch a refreshed brand, MH Stainton Homes. We are giving more of a focus to the home building market where we can progress and concrete our values whilst crafting beautiful luxury homes that last a lifetime.
