Gail Stainton - Company Secretary at MH Stainton Homes

What is your role at MH Stainton Homes and what does it entail?

As Company Secretary, I’m involved in the day-to-day running of the office, as well as producing accounts and statutory returns.

How would you describe a day’s work in three words?

Varied, organised and challenging.

What do you like most about your job?

I love that no two days are the same and I’m lucky to work with such a great team.

What is your proudest moment from working at MH Stainton Homes so far?

There have been many memorable moments over the years, but two stand out in my mind – picking up the LABC ‘Developer of the Year’ Award and moving into the new home we had built ourselves.

What makes MH Stainton Homes unique?

We genuinely love what we do. We are a small family-run business that has grown organically to compete at a national level. We work directly with our trusted partners on every aspect of our business, from architecture to interior design, finance to marketing, sales to customer service, and everything in between. We employ only the finest tradesmen who go above and beyond with their attention to detail, resulting in homes we are all very proud of.
